  • Membership benefits cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the member on file.

  • Membership fees are charged monthly, as chosen at the time of enrollment.

  • Memberships are a 12-month commitment. Early cancellations will incur a $500 cancellation fee.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable except in cases of billing errors or if otherwise specified in this policy.
